Professional MMA Fitness Center - Dan Henderson/Owner/UFC Fighter - 25,760 sq ft remodel (previously empty warehouse space)

Medical Office Renovation - Interior & Exterior includes X-ray Room, 16 exam rooms, breakroom, exterior elevator, receptionist desk and waiting room.

Selway Machine Tool Company - 19,142 sq ft complete remodel (previously empty warehouse space). Includes multiple offices, cubicles, machine tooling shop, conference rooms, break room, 3 restrooms and coping room.

Sycamore Terrace Apartments Monument Design & Build. Includes 5 monuments & 1 directory sign built throughout complex. 

Business Office Headquarters 21,548 sq ft - Exterior and Interior Build-Out

Restaurant Remodel - Previously a "Coco's" that was transformed into an elegant wine tasting & fine dining restaurant.

Warehouse Cafe - Complete remodel of previous empty warehouse space. The owners wanted to have a place "Cafe" to prepare and provide free meals for every employee throughout the day. Great company.
